To celebrate the start of Sound Connection’s next chapter we held a “Kick Start Retreat” the weekend of Feb 26th to 28th, 2021. In addition to recording and producing our new music video cover of “Better Be Home Soon”, we worked on the art of storytelling and enhanced our presentation skills. There was also plenty of time for yoga, mindfulness training, an exploration of rhythm, leadership training, and other activities. In between all of the various sessions, most guys found time to play cricket, tennis, basketball, and of course indulge in a few beverages for relaxation.
